Setting Up
Section titled “Setting Up”Tech Rider & Hospitality Rider
Section titled “Tech Rider & Hospitality Rider”Upload PDF documents for your tech and hospitality riders:
- Go to Rider Pack in the main navigation
- Open the Tech Rider or Hospitality Rider section
- Upload a PDF file
- The document is stored and included in your shared rider pack
Stageplan
Section titled “Stageplan”Build your stageplan two ways — combine them as needed:
- Visual editor — Drag musician positions, amps, monitors, and DI boxes onto a canvas
- Stageplan image — Upload a finished diagram (PNG / PDF) for venues that prefer a single visual
Both surface on the public share page side by side.
Patchlist
Section titled “Patchlist”Create a channel-by-channel breakdown for the sound engineer:
- Channel number
- Instrument or source
- Microphone or DI type
- Stand type
- Notes (phantom power, pad, etc.)
Press Kit
Section titled “Press Kit”Upload promotional materials:
- Go to the Press Kit section
- Upload photos, logos, or documents
- Add captions and set display order
- Thumbnails are generated server-side so the share page loads fast even with large originals
- Files are included in the public share link
Sharing
Section titled “Sharing”Generate a public, read-only link to share your entire rider pack with venues and event organizers. The link requires no login — anyone with the URL can view your documents.
- Open your Rider Pack
- Copy the Share Link
- Send it to the venue or promoter
The share page shows all your rider pack documents in a clean, professional layout, with:
- Sticky quick-nav header — Jump between Tech Rider, Hospitality Rider, Stageplan, Patchlist, and Press Kit (only the sections you’ve filled in appear)
- Theme toggle — Recipients can switch between dark and light on the share page itself
- Print — A Print button on the share page that calls the browser print dialog. Press Kit sections are hidden on print for a cleaner output.
Rotating the Share Token
Section titled “Rotating the Share Token”If you need to invalidate an existing share link (e.g., after sharing with the wrong person), rotate the token from the rider pack settings (DELETE /api/rider-pack/share-token from the API). This generates a new URL and the old one stops working.
Email Integration
Section titled “Email Integration”When replying to booking inquiries in the Shared Mailbox, you can insert your rider pack link directly into the email using the toolbar button. The venue gets a clickable link to your full production documents.
